Finished. Not completely happy with the plasma of the blades themselves, but it's passible considering the limitations of Blender and my inexperience.
Anyway, a recap of the background of the weapon:
The Kisen Blade is a traditional weapon of Clans/Keeps that hailed from the nomadic tribes of Sangheili on Sangheilios. Like the well known Energy Blade, the blades on the Kisen are made of plasma. The backwards facing blade is used primarely for defense, but can also be used offensively in certain situations. Kisen's are usually used with a shield, or duel wielded: the latter being more popular.
Zeno 'Ribal duel wields Kisen Blades and is his prefered weapon.

Kisens are such an elegant weapon... which always made me find it a wee bit odd that it's was founded/formed by nomadic clans... 'The Deal' just made me think it a wee bit odd, is all.
The weapon itself, as I said, is really quite beautiful, and deadly. Though I don't doubt there are some things that might be a little similar we have as humans... I honestly wouldn't ever be able to work out how to wield that properly.
I'll stick with a BR thanks. *grins* you know what they say, don't bring a knife to a gun-fight... unless you're an almost nine foot alien o' course.
